Rajayoga

1. If the Lord of the 9th is in the 5th or that of the 5th is in the 9th and both mutually aspect each other, the native will be an emperor.

3. If the Lord of the 4th (Vahana House) is in the 10th (Mana House) and that of the 10th is in the 4th and are being aspected by the Lord of the 5th or 9th, the native will be a ruler.
